What is Golden Blitz?
Golden Blitz is a limited-time event in Monopoly GO! that focuses on trading specific gold stickers. These events typically last between 15 to 24 hours and provide enhanced opportunities for players to exchange featured stickers and complete their collections.
Golden Blitz Schedule – When is the Next Event?
The next Golden Blitz event begins on December 24th. This session will allow players to trade two highlighted gold stickers: Socks (set 8) and Eye on 2025! (set 13).
While the featured stickers vary with each event, past stickers may reappear later in the season, offering another chance to acquire them. During these events, you can collect as many gold stickers as possible. However, there’s a restriction on trades—you can only send five gold stickers per event in addition to the daily limit of five regular sticker trades.
To know when a Golden Blitz event is live, look for the event icon on the right side of your Monopoly GO! game board.
How to Trade Gold Stickers
During the Golden Blitz, players can exchange the two featured gold stickers. To trade:
- Open your sticker album.
- Select the desired gold stickers.
- Initiate a trade or send them to a friend.
Keep in mind that you are limited to five gold sticker trades per event, which is separate from the regular daily sticker trade limit.
How to Get Gold Stickers
In the Monopoly Origins season, gold stickers are randomly included in regular sticker packs. Unlike previous seasons, there are no special golden packs available this time.
The likelihood of obtaining a gold sticker depends on the star rating of the card and the level of the sticker pack. While these odds are low, collecting more packs increases your chances. If you’re targeting 5-star gold stickers, focus on acquiring 5-star purple packs—although rare, they offer the best chance of containing these coveted items.
Struggling to find gold stickers? Participating in Golden Blitz events is an excellent way to bolster your collection. Additionally, some player communities are open to trading gold stickers, and you can offer regular stickers in exchange to complete your set.
